This means you or your service center may contact us for technical service for multiple different issues at
no additional cost to you.
Each call or email has no time limit attached to it.
We will provide the assistance and any follow up calls until the issue is resolved.
In addition if you are in our area and choose to visit us for your service needs, you are entitled to a 10%
discount on your service invoice with JDRV Inc.
