After a long period of trial we have found an alternative replacement pump for the Sauer-Danfoss style
HYD pumps. Many of you know that it is nearly impossible to get ahold of the S-D pumps in any time less than 8-10 weeks and
the price is over the top. I have spent a good amount of time researching a replacement for these pumps. Well success is at
hand. I have been able to set up a deal that will provide these pumps at nearly 40% less with a turn around time of 5 to 8
days. These new pumps are direct replacement with the advantage of being a cast iron housing rather than the aluminum that

We now have an affordable alternative
to the continualy failing door check rod(door stop) for your Country Coach with Avionic’s entry door.
Country Coach
owner/engineer has developed a Replacement rod for the door check assembly,guaranteed for the life of the coach. This replacement
rod kit replaces the faulity original rod with a high tensile strength 303 stainless part that will allow for the use of most
of the original parts of the door check assembly. This modifacation and parts are easily installed by the coach owner, Coach
Dealer or Service center.The replacement rod assembly comes complete with easy to follow step by step instructions and drawings.
The estimated time installation is 1.5 -2.0 hours.
The door check assembly being used was designed for use
in the automotive industry and not for motor coach doors.Used in this aplication,the weight of the door along with the angle
in which the assembly works puts undue wieght and stress loads on the rod.Because of this, it is certain the rod will fail
in normal use conditions in a short period of time.If the door is caught by wind and allowed to travel beyound the stop, Failure
will most likely be immediate.
